I just purchased a subscription but it won’t let me sign in.
First, check to make sure you received and email from us that your subscription is active (also check your junk email folder). Next, make sure the email you are trying to sign in with is the email you used when you started the sign up process. This may not necessarily be the email address you used when you paid. If you are still having difficulties, contact us and will help figure out what is going on.

I just purchased a report but can not access it.
Please send an email to info @ theweddingreport.com and provide the name of the report you purchased, the email address you use during the purchase, and a transaction ID of the purchase. We will look into the issue and get back with you promptly.

I paid for a subscription, will I be re-billed?
No, all subscriptions are for a fixed period of time and you will have to personally renew your subscription.
